What are YOUR feelings concerning Child Discipline?
As a child, what forms of discipline did you have to endure, such as time-outs, spankings, or other forms of punishment?
If you have children, how do you punish them? Do you base your type of discipline on how you were Disciplined as a child? For example, do you spank your kids when they talk back, for that is what was done to you as a child, and so you think that is the right thing to do? Or, do you go out of your way to NOT, spank your child, for the specific reason that you were, and now feel that is wrong?
I think that spanking is for little kids. My kids are teenagers and they get things taken away. It works.
